Terms of Service

Usage of our vaults grants a non-exclusive license. Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, or sharing of raw prompt chains is strictly prohibited and monitored.

License Grant: Purchase grants you a lifetime, non-transferable license to use prompts for personal and commercial projects. You may not claim authorship of the prompt architecture or resell the prompts as standalone products.

Digital Products: All products are digital downloads delivered via email immediately after PayPal payment. No physical shipping. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Liability: Prompts are provided "as is". PromptVault USA is not liable for business outcomes resulting from AI outputs. Users are responsible for compliance with AI platform terms of service.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in Cebu City courts.

Digital Product Refund Policy

All products sold on PromptVaultUSA.shop are digital downloads delivered instantly via email and download link.

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been sent or accessed. This policy complies with consumer law in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland, Philippines, Hong Kong, Chile, UAE, Switzerland, Norway, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, South Africa, and Israel.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies to all EU member states including Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.

Australia Consumer Law: Digital goods are exempt from change-of-mind returns under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds only issued if product is not as described or defective.

Download Issues: If your file is corrupted or you did not receive the download link, email admin@promptvaultusa.shop within 7 days. We will resend the files or issue store credit at our discretion.
